TINY VALOR · iOS and Android
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Stark Breakfast (we, us, or our) provides Tiny Valor (the Game). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the installed iOS or Android Game and when you contact us for support. Stark Breakfast is responsible for personal information we receive through our support channel. For privacy questions or requests, contact ns4u@qq.com.
This policy describes the current Game. It distinguishes information kept on your device from information you choose to send us and from information handled independently by your device platform, app store, or an external website.
2. Game data stored on your device
The Game stores progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes stage and player progression, heroes and formations, virtual currency and item balances, equipment, skins, reward and purchase-delivery history, transaction references used to prevent duplicate delivery, season information, gameplay timestamps, language, and music and sound settings. These records let the Game resume play, calculate rewards, deliver purchases, maintain balances, and remember your choices.
The Game does not require a Stark Breakfast account and does not upload your local save to a server operated by Stark Breakfast. This does not mean the Game is offline-only: advertising, consent, and store services exchange the information described below with Google or Apple. Your operating system may also back up app data under your platform settings. We do not operate a cloud-save or cross-device synchronization service.
3. Information you send to support
If you email ns4u@qq.com, we receive your email address, the name or alias shown in your message, your message content, attachments you include, and related email delivery information. You may choose to provide the Game version, device model, operating-system version, screenshots, or a purchase reference to help us understand the issue.
We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, investigate purchase or delivery questions, prevent misuse of the support channel, and address privacy requests. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, authentication codes, or other information unnecessary for your request.
4. Advertising and purchase services
Tiny Valor integrates Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded advertisements on iOS and Android. Google may collect and share your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers where available, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash and diagnostic information, and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Personalization depends on the applicable choices, permissions, and Google's processing rules. Advertising or consent-related requests may occur when privacy status is checked or the advertising SDK initializes, even before you choose to watch an ad.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent status, displays privacy messages when required, and records the choices needed to determine whether ads may be requested. Settings > Privacy Policy > Ad Privacy reopens applicable privacy options when Google requires them. Withholding a consent choice may limit or prevent ads and their optional rewards without preventing ordinary gameplay. On iOS, the current configuration does not request App Tracking Transparency permission; the Game does not use the advertising identifier for tracking without the required system authorization. Other app-scoped identifiers, network, or diagnostic data may still be processed. On Android, advertising-ID controls are available in your device settings.
Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS process in-app purchases. The Game receives product identifiers, purchase state, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, and the purchase context needed to verify transactions, associate a Battle Pass purchase with its season, deliver content, prevent duplicates, and retry unfinished transactions. Verification takes place in the native app using store transaction information; no Stark Breakfast payment-verification server is used. Delivery records are saved locally. Apple or Google handles your store account and payment details; Stark Breakfast does not receive your complete payment card information.
Google handles advertising and consent information under its policies, including Google Privacy Policy. Apple's privacy policy is available at Apple Privacy Policy. These services have their own retention and privacy-request processes. The Game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location for gameplay; approximate location derived from an IP address is different from GPS access.
5. App stores, devices, and external links
Apple, Google, your device provider, and the store from which you obtain the Game may process information independently to deliver downloads, operate accounts, manage payments or refunds, provide backups, or handle diagnostic reports according to their own policies and your settings. Stark Breakfast does not receive your full payment card details from these services. If you send us a receipt or transaction reference, we use it only as needed for the support request.
The Android Game declares network and network-state permissions. Those permissions do not themselves mean that your local saves are transmitted to us. The current Game does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.
If you open a policy on a website or follow an external link, your browser sends connection information, such as your IP address and request details, to that destination. Its operator and hosting providers handle those requests under the notices applicable to that service. The in-game Privacy Policy and Terms of Use can be read offline.
6. Sharing, sale, and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your support messages or send your local save or email correspondence to an advertising network. Google receives the advertising and consent information described in section 4 and may share it with advertising service participants according to its policies and your choices. Apple and Google receive the information necessary to operate their store services. Some privacy laws classify certain advertising disclosures as a sale or sharing of personal information. Where applicable, use Settings > Privacy Policy > Ad Privacy to review available consent or opt-out options.
Support messages are handled through the email service used to receive and reply to ns4u@qq.com and may be accessible to people authorized to resolve your request. We limit use to support and related privacy or security purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, investigate fraud, or address a security incident, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
7. Purposes and legal grounds
Local game and transaction records are used to deliver gameplay, purchases and rewards, remember settings, prevent duplicate grants, and resolve interrupted deliveries. Advertising and consent information supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and privacy choices. Support information is used to provide requested assistance. Where a legal basis is required, processing relies on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as providing a requested service, a legitimate interest in security or troubleshooting where permitted, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Reading this policy, purchasing an item, or choosing a rewarded ad does not replace a separate consent required by law.
8. Retention and deletion
Local progress and settings remain on your device until removed through your device's app-data controls, uninstalling the Game, or other device actions. On Android, clearing app storage normally removes the local save. On iOS, deleting the app normally removes its local data; offloading an app may retain that data. Platform backups may retain copies under the backup provider's settings. Removing local data can permanently erase your progress.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request, handle related follow-up or disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We review it for deletion when those purposes no longer apply. You may request deletion by emailing ns4u@qq.com. If we must keep particular records for a lawful reason, we will explain the applicable restriction where required. We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device or records independently controlled by a store or backup provider.
9. Security and international processing
We limit access to support information to people who need it to address requests and use the access controls available through our support services. You should secure your device and email account. Local saves are not a secure vault for sensitive personal information, and no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your email provider, our support email service, and independent platform services may process information in countries other than where you live. Where international transfer requirements apply to processing for which we are responsible, we will use the protections required by applicable law. Contact us if you need more information about a support-data transfer.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
You can play without creating a Stark Breakfast account, contacting support, making a purchase, or choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Use Settings > Privacy Policy > Ad Privacy to revisit applicable advertising choices when available. Use device controls to manage advertising identifiers, tracking permissions, local Game data, and backups. Changing ad choices does not itself delete a local save, cancel a purchase, or erase data already lawfully retained by a service. For information controlled independently by Apple, Google, or another provider, use that provider's privacy tools or request process.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email ns4u@qq.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may request only the information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
11. Children's privacy
The Game does not require children to submit personal information to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which parental permission is required under applicable law without that permission. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to our support channel can contact ns4u@qq.com to request review and deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
12. Updates and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game or its information practices change. We will revise the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the Game or another appropriate channel. Where a change requires your consent, we will request it before the relevant processing begins.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or concerns about Tiny Valor on iOS or Android, contact Stark Breakfast at ns4u@qq.com.
