Smash Boom Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of Smash Boom, provided by Stark Breakfast LLC ("we"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and any terms that apply through the store where you obtained the game.

1. Purchase

Smash Boom is a paid download. The store displays the price, local currency, and any applicable taxes before you buy. Apple or Google processes the purchase and handles refund requests according to its rules and applicable law. We do not receive your payment-card details through the game.

2. Use of the game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to play the game on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. You must not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit the game or its content outside uses allowed by law or by a separate permission from us. You are responsible for using the game in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Progress and virtual items

The current game awards fragments through play and lets you spend them to unlock astronauts. Fragments and unlocked items are only features of the game: they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money. The current version has no real-money in-app purchases. Progress is stored locally; clearing app data or deleting the app may permanently remove it.

4. Availability and changes

We may fix bugs, change game features, or stop providing the game. We aim to keep the game usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If these terms materially change, we will publish an updated version with a new effective date.

5. Ownership and third-party material

Stark Breakfast LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the game, artwork, and software. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices included with the game. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

6. Responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss of locally stored progress or indirect losses arising from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

7. Platform terms and contact
