Smash Boom Privacy Policy
Stark Breakfast LLC ("we") provides Smash Boom on iOS and Android. This policy explains how the current version handles information when you play the game, visit a hosted copy of this policy, or contact us.
1. Game data on your device
The game saves your level progress, earned fragments, unlocked and selected astronauts, tutorial status, and language choice in local storage on your device. This data is used to restore your game and preferences. The current game does not require an account and does not send this saved game data to a Stark Breakfast LLC server.
2. Information you choose to send us
If you email ns4u@qq.com, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request and handle related support. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.
3. Sharing and platform services
The current game contains no advertising, analytics, account sign-in, or real-money in-app purchase integration. We do not sell or share game data for advertising. Apple and Google process the paid download, payment, updates, and store activity under their own privacy policies; those platform processes are separate from data received by us. If you open a publicly hosted copy of this policy, the hosting service may process ordinary web request information such as an IP address and request time to deliver the page. The HTML file itself has no analytics or tracking scripts.
4. Retention, deletion, and choices
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared through your device or browser storage settings or the app is removed. On Android, clearing Smash Boom's app storage removes progress; on iOS, deleting the app removes its local game data. Clearing browser site storage removes progress in the browser version. These actions cannot be undone unless you have your own device backup. Support emails are kept only as needed to answer the request and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information you sent us by emailing ns4u@qq.com. There is no game account to delete in the current version.
5. Children and security
We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the game. If a child has sent us personal information by email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion. We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated with the revised version. For privacy questions or requests, contact Stark Breakfast LLC at ns4u@qq.com.
