These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Nuzzle, a virtual-pet game published by Stark Breakfast LLC ("Nuzzle", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Nuzzle, you agree to these Terms and the Nuzzle Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age at which you may accept them in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you and supervise your use of Nuzzle.
Subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store from which you downloaded Nuzzle, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership right in Nuzzle or its content is transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, interfere with, exploit, or use Nuzzle for an unlawful purpose, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not bypass purchase, entitlement, or security mechanisms.
The current version of Nuzzle stores game progress and preferences locally on your device and does not provide an Nuzzle account or cloud-save service. We cannot guarantee recovery of local progress after an app deletion, device reset, device change, or loss of local data. Keep this in mind before removing the game or its data.
Nuzzle may offer virtual coins, gems, items, themes, actions, monthly-pass benefits, or other digital content (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, and are subject to that store's terms, billing rules, and refund process. Prices, availability, and applicable taxes are shown by the store before purchase.
Virtual Items are licensed to you for use in Nuzzle; they are not property, are not redeemable for money or real-world goods, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or traded. Except where required by law or by the applicable store's policy, purchases are final. If you have a purchase problem, use the relevant store's purchase support process and contact us at the address below with the information necessary to investigate.
Nuzzle, including its software, game design, characters, artwork, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use our intellectual property except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Nuzzle when reasonably necessary, including for security, technical, legal, or business reasons. We may change Virtual Items or game content, but will not do so in a way that unlawfully removes content you have purchased. Your device, operating system, internet connection, and the relevant app store may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Nuzzle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every time. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights you may have as a consumer.
These Terms remain in effect while you use Nuzzle. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms or where required to protect the game, users, or legal rights. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
