Nuzzle is a virtual-pet game published by Stark Breakfast LLC ("Nuzzle", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the current version of Nuzzle handles information when you use the game.
Nuzzle is designed to work without creating an Nuzzle account. In the current version, the game stores the following information locally on your device so that the game can work:
We do not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or payment-card information to play Nuzzle.
If you choose to make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Nuzzle does not receive or store your payment-card number. The store may provide purchase status or transaction information to the game to complete or restore the purchase as permitted by the applicable store.
The current version of Nuzzle does not serve third-party advertising, use cross-app or cross-site tracking, or include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
The local game information described above is used only to provide the game, preserve your progress and preferences on the device, and make purchased virtual content available in the game. It is not transmitted to an Nuzzle-operated server by the current version of the app.
Because the current version does not create an Nuzzle account or maintain an Nuzzle-operated user database, we do not hold a remote profile to delete. Local game data remains on your device until you remove it. You can remove local game data by using your device's app-data controls or uninstalling Nuzzle. Purchase records maintained by Apple or Google are controlled by the relevant store and its privacy policy.
Nuzzle does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The current version does not require an Nuzzle account or ask players to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the details below.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the current local-data design. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your device protected and use the protections supplied by your device platform.
If Nuzzle changes its data practices, including by adding accounts, cloud saves, advertising, analytics, or new third-party services, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those changes take effect and revise the effective date. Material changes will be made available in the app and on the public privacy-policy page.
